If you are a new assessor or internal verifier the Awareness Seminar explains everything you need to get you started. This half day event looks at the assessor and internal verifier roles, the competence based qualification structure and candidate evidence requirements.

EWPA Professional Discussion Workshop
The professional discussion is a fundamental part of a candidate qualifying for a competence based qualification. This EWPA Professional Discussion Workshop is a mandatory briefing which must be attended within the first six months of your centre’s approval and gives guidance on how to ensure professional discussions are effective for both the assessor and the candidate.

Good Practice for Assessment in Construction Workshop
If you are keen to challenge alternative, appropriate methods of assessing candidate competence and explore good practice, the Good Practice for Assessment in Construction Workshop will suit you. The aim of this workshop is to provide you with techniques for ensuring good practice in assessment.
