Your customer co-ordinators are here to help you with all your enquiries. They can help you with a range of queries, including managing your quality advisor visits. If you would like to cancel a quality advisor visit or request an additional one, you can do so by emailing your customer co-ordinator. They can also help with the deregistering of an assessor or internal verifier. Remember to let them know if you have sufficient assessor or internal verifier cover for the relevant qualifications. If not, your customer co-ordinator will be able to assist you in self-suspending those qualifications and/or occupations.
