ServiceMark is the Institute of Customer Services' (ICS) award for service excellence and, following research ICS carried out with you as well as the Cskills Awards team and a two day visit from an ICS assessor, Cskills Awards has been awarded ServiceMark in recognition of the service currently provided to customers and commitment to continually strive for excellence in service.
