Construction Diploma Review
26 January 2010
As a direct result of your feedback, the Question and Answer banks for Construction Diplomas have recently been reviewed, revised and re-issued. Alongside advice and support from industry federations your recommendations for improvement have been implemented.
Health and safety unit:
The health and safety unit test has been revised and, after wider consideration, the pass mark has been reduced from 100% to 80%. The revised unit test contains 25 questions, of which the candidate needs to answer 20 correctly to achieve the 80% pass mark. The timing allowance for this test has been increased from 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
With effect from 29th January 2010 your quality advisors will be ensuring these new banks are being used in place of any previous versions issued.
Thank you for all the feedback you have provided on these banks and if you would like to take part in future consultation regarding the content of the Construction Diplomas, please contact your customer co-ordinator to register your interest.
