Customer co-ordinators available from 8am!

The July Cskills Awards E-News informed you that your customer co-ordinators will be available from 8am during September and October 2010 as a result of the feedback you gave at the Regional Forums.
The new hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Friday to support you when you arrive at work. If during the trial period calls are being received then these new hours will become permanent to ensure your co-ordinators are always there when you need them.
