Customer co-ordinators available from 8am

As a result of your feedback the customer co-ordinator helpline will be open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 4pm on Friday, throughout September and October 2010. 

This will be run as a trial period to support you when you arrive at your office. During the trial period the volume of calls received will be monitored. If found to be successful, the opening hours will be changed permanently to ensure your customer co-ordinators are here when you need them.
