Saved, failed and duplicate batches

We would like to remind you to review your batches within Awards Online.  You can access the batch status area within the registrations tab, this will show the registrations that have completed, are currently pending, failed or saved.
 
To view your saved batches please access the stored batches area within the registrations tab.  You can then determine whether you need to submit the registrations or delete the batches as required.
 
If a batch fails, Awards Online sends a message to your inbox which tells you why the batch failed.  Once the failure reason has been resolved, you should notify your Customer Co-ordinator who will be able to retrieve the failed batch ready for you to re-submit.  When adding candidates to batches, please remember to open the existing batch rather than creating a new batch with the same name.
 
We recommend you monitor your failed batches, as a candidate registration does not take place until a batch has been successfully submitted.
