When should a QA7 form be completed?

Assessor and candidates on site

28 October 2008

We have been asked by customers ‘When should a QA7 form be completed?’  To clarify, when an Assessor or IV moves to a new centre, a QA7 form must be completed, to ensure that each centre holds all the necessary documentation to prove the assessor/internal verifier is occupationally competent in their field or has a construction background.  If you do not hold the required documentation this could result in your Quality Advisor raising an action point or sanction during your quality assurance visits.  If you would like a copy of the QA7 please go to the ‘online forms’ section within centre resources area of the CAA website.
