Experienced Worker Practical Assessment Professional Discussion Training

The professional discussion is a fundamental part of a candidate qualifying for an NVQ through the Experienced Worker Practical Assessment.  The session will provide guidance on how to control the discussion so it is effective for both you and the candidate and to enable them to demonstrate the level of understanding required to achieve the NVQ. CAA provides this one day mandatory briefing which must be attended within the first six months of the centre’s approval.
